Refund Policy
Effective August 5, 2026 · Version 1.0
Try everything free for 30 days first
Every new department gets a 30-day free trial — no payment card required, no charges during the trial. The trial exists so your department can fully evaluate FireOps1 with real members, real calls, and real records before paying anything. When the trial ends, you can subscribe or continue on the free tier.
Subscription payments are non-refundable
Because the free trial gives you a full evaluation before any money changes hands, all subscription fees — monthly and annual — are non-refundable once charged, except where this policy or applicable law says otherwise. We don't give partial or prorated refunds for unused time, downgrades, unused features, or removed members.
Canceling
You can cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — the month you've paid for, or the year if you subscribed annually — and your department keeps full access until then. Subscriptions renew automatically, so to avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date. Your data stays exportable for 60 days after a paid subscription ends, as described in the Terms of Service.
Kiosk hardware
If a kiosk hardware unit arrives damaged or defective, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it at no charge. Otherwise, hardware purchases are final and non-refundable.
Billing errors
If we ever charge you incorrectly — wrong amount, duplicate charge, a charge after you canceled — contact us within 60 days and we will correct it and refund the difference.
Something not working out?
Talk to us before you walk away: support@FireOps1.com. Most problems — a missing feature, a setup snag, a CAD feed that isn't flowing — are things we can fix, and we'd rather fix them than lose a department.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
