What VERIFI does

Know what's on every rig and every shelf in the firehouse. Track equipment by compartment and location, so nothing walks off and restocking is obvious at a glance.
Work Order Ticketing
A failed check item becomes a ticket automatically. Track repairs to resolution, flag apparatus out of service, and keep a maintenance history for every unit.
Readiness you can prove
Paper check sheets get pencil-whipped, lost, and never looked at again. VERIFI replaces them with a digital check that takes the same walk around the rig but leaves a permanent record: who checked what, when, and what they found. When an item fails, it doesn't disappear into a note on a whiteboard — it becomes a ticket that stays open until someone closes it.
VERIFI works for career, combination, and volunteer departments alike, and it stands on its own — you don't need the FireOps1 dispatch platform to use it. If you do run FireOps1, the two work together: apparatus flagged out of service in VERIFI show up in your run orders and dispatch views automatically.

VERIFI FAQs
Do we need a FireOps1 subscription to use VERIFI?
No. VERIFI can be purchased separately from the main FireOps1 application and works on its own. If you do subscribe to FireOps1, out-of-service apparatus from VERIFI flow into your dispatch and run order views.
Can we build our own check sheets?
Yes. Checks are built from templates you define per apparatus type, so your engine check, truck check, and medic check each match the rig they're for.
What happens when a check item fails?
The failed item becomes a work order ticket. Tickets are tracked to resolution, and apparatus can be flagged out of service until the repair is closed out.
Is pricing per apparatus or per seat?
Neither — VERIFI is a flat $33/month or $222/year for your whole department, regardless of how many rigs, members, or checks you run.
